Gallery Use and Fee:
The featured exhibition space at the front of the Gallery is available for art exhibition rental. All rentals must be approved by the Gallery. The cost of exhibition rental is: $400.00 per month. Exhibition start and end dates must follow the Gallery schedule. Exhibition Renter can augment Gallery open hours if this does not conflict with Gallery schedule.
Queen City 15 does not cater food. The Renter may bring food and beverages. The Renter is responsible for the event set up and any clean up. The Renter, their agents or guests must remove all equipment and materials they supplied, return the Gallery to its original condition at the end of the rental period.
Works of 2-D painting, drawing, mixed media, printmaking, and photography must not exceed 5’ in either length or height. These works may be hung by QC 15 personnel, if requested. Delivered work must be framed or finished in gallery wrap, labeled, and securely wired, ready to be hung. No sawtooth hangers.
Works of 3-D sculpture of all media and site-specific installations must fit through the main door (40”wide by 8’ high). These works may be installed by QC15 personnel on request; however, works over 100 lbs. must be installed by the artist. Additional floor space can be negotiated and reserved for artwork display in addition to the standard floor space. QC15 reserves the right to oversee and adjust the exhibition.
Gallery Exhibition Space:
The exhibition area is indicated on the floor plan below and consists of:
Two walls each measuring 16 feet by 90” high (gallery style hanging).
Two floor spaces measuring 16’ by 32” wide.
Two window spaces: 43” deep, 43” wide, 90” high and 38” deep, 45” wide, 90” high.
